Course Summary

This mandatory workshop provides the conceptual framework (DLODs) and the practical tools (RASCI, Smartsheet) required for all Project Managers and ISCO-08 roles.

Workshop Curriculum (TutorLMS/SessionLab Style)

Module 1: The Foundation – DLODs and C-Suite Accountability (M-SERIES)

Session 1.1: The 9 DLODs as Architectural Pillars

**Activity:** **DLOD Pinpoint Exercise.** Participants map 10 existing strategic goals to the 8 core DLODs, demonstrating conceptual clarity and alignment.

Session 1.2: RASCI Governance & the PMP-01

**Activity:** **RACI Delegation Drill.** Project Managers assign R, S, C, I roles using the provided executive mapping matrix to a mock deliverable (e.g., the PMP-01). Focus on the “A” (Accountable) sign-off role.

Module 2: Technical Execution – Data and Interoperability (D & S-SERIES)

Session 2.1: Drafting the Data Model (ADM-01)

**Workshop:** **Entity-Attribute Definition.** Data Architects (R) and Systems Analysts (S) use the standard template to define 5 core entities and 15 attributes, ensuring compliance with the CDO’s logical data dictionary standards.

Session 2.2: The Interoperability Contract (ISP-01)

**Workshop:** **Standards Profile Drafting.** Participants identify mandatory communication protocols (REST, SOAP) and security standards required to fulfill LOD 9 (Synthesis). Focus on IDD-01 alignment.

Module 3: Assurance and Readiness (T-SERIES)

Session 3.1: V&V Planning and Scenario Authoring (VVR-01)

**Activity:** **Scenario-Based Test Case Authoring.** QA Testers (R) draft 10 high-priority test cases based on defined system requirements (SR-01) and security standards (Z-Series), focusing on resilience and compliance.
